El Paso Hot Button

Mickey Reece aka El Paso Hot Button dabbles in the radical pastiche of booming bass drum, unwavering vocals, gritty guitar, and the spontaneous garbles and crackles of random noise. His one man band in your face brashness make for one hell of a live performance. EPHB is truly a perfomer, taking his audience to another place and often involving them whether they like it or not. The first time I saw Mickey play he stood up from his kick drum and marched into the Deli audience while playing a guitar solo, grabbed a red cup from some guy's hand, tilted his head back, and poured that shit down his throat, all the while continuing the solo with his free hand. Needless to say I crapped my pants and stopped going to church.
